IntraPac’s plastic bottle product line is designed to
fulfill the packaging needs of the personal care,
cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and
chemical industries. Bottles are manufactured in
various materials such as PET, PP, HDPE, and LDPE,
using modern injection blow molding and injectionstretch
blow molding technologies. The caps and closures for all the bottles are designed with the user in mind. They are injection molded with the high degree of precision that can only be achieved by using hot-runner technology molds. Multicolor decoration of the bottles is available by means of a modern UV silk-screen printing process. Through the use of our CAD/CAM technology we are able to turn concepts and ideas into new products easily and quickly, under a controlled process for product and tool design and manufacturing.
